Visiting Birchley Fold, Silsden: our on-site day on Saturday 7 November

On Saturday 7 November, you can visit Birchley Fold in Silsden and see where your new home will stand. Karen, our Sales Advisor, will be on site for the day, by appointment only.
Why we are moving onto the hill for a day
Since we launched Birchley Fold in September, every conversation about it has happened at our sales office in Oxenhope. That works well for plans, specifications and questions. What it cannot give you is the place itself.
Birchley Fold is 7 detached Yorkshire stone homes on the hill between Silsden and Kildwick. A plan tells you which way a garden faces. Standing on the plot tells you what that means: where the light falls, what you look out on, how the homes sit together. So for one Saturday, we are bringing the conversation to the site.
What your visit will look like
Karen will walk you round with the plans for the home you are interested in, whether that is The Iris, The Roberts, The Ermysted or The Hartford. You can see the plot, the setting and the layout of the development, and ask her anything as you go.
Birchley Fold is a working site, and the homes are being built. You will be seeing where your home will stand rather than a finished street, which is exactly the point of the day.
Why every visit is booked
Because it is a working site, every visit that day is by appointment. That keeps the walk round safe, and it means Karen can give you her full attention rather than splitting it between visitors. Appointments are limited, so it is worth booking early and bringing your muddy boots.
