It applies to personal data collected via our website, show homes and sales offices, telephone and email correspondence, and social media channels where we operate. CUSTOMERS
We collect your name, contact details, financial information (e.g. source of funds, bank details), transaction and reservation information and preferences, when you reserve or purchase a home, or when we provide goods or services to you via our Site, by email, telephone or at a sales office. We may also collect records of communications, including those relating to snagging, warranties and after sale support.
We use this information to process your order and fulfil our contract with you. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (and steps prior to entering into a contract), compliance with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering and tax), and our legitimate interests in manging our relationship with you and our business.
To meet our contractual obligations, we may share your personal data with:

- Suppliers and sub-contractors involved in delivering goods or services
Where we publish feedback or testimonials, our lawful basis is Consent or our legitimate interests with your right to object.

SUPPLIERS
We collect personal data including names and contact details to manage orders, conduct due diligence, pay for goods and services, and maintain business records. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating our business and maintaining accurate records.
Personal data is retained for 6 years after the end of the working relationship (for HMRC compliance), or longer where records must be kept for audit, tax or legal purposes.
SUB-CONTRACTORS
We collect contact details and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) information to manage contracts and payments. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations (including CIS), and our legitimate interests in managing our supply chain.
Personal data is retained for 6 years after the working relationship ends.
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where personal data is required by law or contract and you fail to provide it, we may not be able to fulfil our agreement with you. We will notify you if this is the case.
MARKETING
Where you opt in to receive marketing, we may send you information about our developments, homes, events or updates we believe will interest you. Where permitted by PECR, we may also rely on the “soft opt-in” to send electronic marketing to existing customers and prospective customers we have negotiated with about a sale of a home, provided you did not opt out at the time of data collection and you can opt out at any time.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing before consent was withdrawn. You also have the right to object at any time to marketing based on our legitimate interests.
We retain marketing data for 5 years from your consent date unless you unsubscribe sooner.
MONITORING AND RECORDING
We use CCTV at our premises for crime prevention and health and safety purposes. Signage is in place where CCTV operates. Our lawful bases is our legitimate interests in protecting our people and property, and ensuring health and safety.
Recordings are typically retained for 4 weeks unless required for investigation.
CREDIT CHECKS
Where required to comply with the law or prevent fraud, we may carry out identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks.
If a full credit check is required, we will inform you before it is carried out and provide details of the credit reference agency used.
You can access your own credit file directly from the agency. Our lawful bases are compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and protecting our business.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects without notifying you.
