SUPPLIERS

Personal data is retained for 6 years after the end of the working relationship (for HMRC compliance).


SUB-CONTRACTORS

We collect contact details and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) information to manage contracts and payments.
Personal data is retained for 6 years after the working relationship ends.


IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Where personal data is required by law or contract and you fail to provide it, we may not be able to fulfil our agreement with you. We will notify you if this is the case.


MARKETING

Where you opt in to receive marketing, we may send you information about our developments, homes, events or updates we believe will interest you.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing before consent was withdrawn.

We retain marketing data for 2 years from your consent date unless you unsubscribe sooner.


MONITORING AND RECORDING

We use CCTV at our premises for crime prevention and health and safety purposes.
Recordings are typically retained for 4 weeks unless required for investigation.


CREDIT CHECKS

Where required to comply with the law or prevent fraud, we may carry out identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks.

If a full credit check is required, we will inform you before it is carried out and provide details of the credit reference agency used.

You can access your own credit file directly from the agency.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated profiling without notifying you.
