Some of our homes are shown with a guide price because they’re available to early bird rather than for a full reservation. This usually happens when the build programme means the home won’t be ready for a little while yet.

We use a guide price at this stage because we want to price every home accurately and fairly, in line with the market at the time it’s formally released. As the build progresses and we’re closer to completion, we’re able to confirm the final price and open it up for full reservation.

If you choose to early bird, your Sales Advisor will keep you updated so you always know when the home is ready to reserve.

Our Sales Advisors are available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10:30am – 5pm. They take a well-earned rest on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but you’re welcome to leave us a message and we’ll be in touch as soon as we’re back.
