Birchley Fold launched on Saturday 12 September. It is a small collection of new homes in a quiet, elevated spot between Silsden and Kildwick, with countryside all around.

There are just seven homes, all detached, with 4 or 5 bedrooms. Each is built in natural Yorkshire stone and designed to sit comfortably in its setting.

As the homes are still being built, you can find us at our pop-up show home at The Carriages in Oxenhope.

Seven Homes. Four Distinctive Designs.

Deliberately small in scale

We kept Birchley Fold deliberately small, so the development feels spacious and connected to its surroundings.

There are four house types: The Hartford, The Iris, The Ermysted and The Roberts. Each layout is designed around family life, with the character and quality at the heart of every Verity & Co home.

Each design offers something a little different, from the 4-bedroom homes to the 5-bedroom Roberts, with its own study, sun room and two en-suite bedrooms.
