What each home does differently
There are four house types across the 7 plots, and they are genuinely different from one another rather than the same house drawn four ways.
The Hartford has three separate living spaces downstairs, so somebody can have the television on and somebody else can have quiet. The Iris has a study on the landing with its own window and its own door. The Ermysted has a lounge long enough for two seating areas, with bi-fold doors onto the garden. The Roberts is the largest home here, the only one with 5 bedrooms, and the only one with a sun room.
Come to Oxenhope on Saturday, not Silsden.
Birchley Fold is still a building site, so we are launching from another of our developments. Karen will be at Plot 8, The Earnshaw at The Carriages, Oxenhope, BD22 9LE, from 10:30am to 5:00pm on Saturday 12 September.
She will have the plans, the specification and the prices for all 7 homes. Appointments and walk ins are both fine.
