How it works.
Check if you qualify. Your current home should be your main residence and worth no more than two-thirds of the value of the Verity & Co home you’d like to buy.
We arrange valuations. We’ll gather up to three valuations from trusted local estate agents to agree a fair selling price, based on a realistic six-week timescale.
You receive an offer. We’ll make you a Part Exchange offer, valid for three days. Once accepted, you can reserve your new home right away.
We handle the sale. We’ll commission a home buyer’s survey, take care of the paperwork, and market your home for sale by appointment only.
