This intimate development of 17 homes feels rooted in its surroundings yet built for the future. For us, the award carries a deeper meaning: Croft Mill was one of the last sites purchased by our founder and father, Brian Verity, before he passed away. He had a rare gift for seeing potential in forgotten places and imagining the communities they could become. This recognition is a proud moment for our whole team and a lasting tribute to Brian’s enduring influence on everything we do.
