As a family business, crafting these 44 homes from natural stone has been more than a project – it’s a labour of love for our team. From the careful selection of the land to the anticipation of this sales launch, it’s been a journey that spans three years of dedication and passion.

The Willows features 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, all meticulously built in natural stone with an emphasis on stone detailing, reflecting Skipton Properties’ renowned commitment to quality and attention to detail. One of the standout features of the development is a stone wall that spans over half of the development, seamlessly integrating with the natural landscape.

Embracing sustainability, The Willows is equipped with solar panels and electric car charging, reflecting our dedication to eco-friendly living.

The first homes to be released include the four-bedroom family home, The Hartford (there will just be one on the development), and the three-bedroom Ashton. Also making a return is The Emily, a favourite from The Green in Glusburn.

We are excited to introduce a new home, The Chadwick. These three-bedroom homes, backing onto the canal, feature a unique design with arched window detailing to the front elevations. To take advantage of their canalside position, triangular glazing has been incorporated into the gables to ensure abundant natural light pours into the home.
