Customer Care & Complaints

Your experience matters to us

At Verity & Co Homes, we promise to deliver homes and experiences built with care. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it so we can put it right. After almost 40 years of building homes, we know that listening, responding quickly, and being fair makes all the difference.

  • If you have a concern where we have:
  • failed to do something we should have done,
  • done something badly, or
  • treated you unfairly or discourteously,

Please get in touch and give us the chance to make it right.

Informal Complaints

Many issues can be resolved informally with our team. If you’re happy with the outcome of that conversation, there’s no need to enter the formal process.

Formal Complaints

If you’re not satisfied that the problem has been resolved, you can make a formal complaint.

Initial complaints are assessed by our Sales or Customer Care team, and we aim to resolve matters as soon as possible.

Stage 1: If you remain dissatisfied after our team’s response, please write to:

Verity & Co Homes
Skipton House, Riparian Way

Email: hello@verityandcohomes.com

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a written response with our proposed resolution within 20 working days.

If further investigation is needed, we’ll keep you updated and give a final response as soon as possible.

If You’re Still Unhappy

If your complaint isn’t resolved, or you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you may be able to escalate it to the Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme or your Home Warranty Provider if:

  • you haven’t received a response within 20 working days,
  • you can’t reach a resolution with us within 56 calendar days, or
  • the issues raised are not resolved within agreed timescales.

A Note on Our Approach

We’re proud of the homes we build and the care we take throughout your journey with us. Every concern raised helps us improve what we do, for you, and for future homeowners.

If something hasn’t met your expectations, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
